Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Apex Sportz, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.
